Dr. Paul White
Psychiatrist
Dr Paul White (MB;BS, FRANZCP) has extensive experience in many facets of health care, including: governance; education; sector planning, development and management; clinical leadership; public health; and, direct clinical care. He has based his career in trying to understand the experiences and illness of marginalised people including prisoners and those in high secure settings. He has spent the past 30 years working with people with intellectual disability and neurodivergent conditions.

Dr. Clare Townsend
General Manager
Clare Townsend (BSW PhD) has worked in the field of mental health, health and disability. She has held strategic positions as a social work clinician, researcher and service and policy advisor. She has worked in areas of child and adult mental health, neurocognitive and intellectual disability and specialist vocational rehabilitation in government, academia and the Not-for-profit sectors at state, Commonwealth and international levels. She currently conducts a small private practice working with mothers who have children with complex disabilities.

Alex White has over three years of experience in the disability support sector, having worked extensively in complex care environments. His dedication to providing high-quality, person-centred support has been a driving force behind the creation of NewPaths. Alex is deeply passionate about helping individuals with disabilities build independence and enjoy rich, fulfilling lives. He believes that genuine support goes beyond daily tasks - it’s about creating opportunities for growth, connection, and adventure.

At NewPaths Support Services, we make navigating your NDIS funding simple and stress-free. Our pricing follows NDIS guidelines, providing clear, transparent costs with no surprises.
While we’re currently in the process of becoming a registered NDIS provider, we proudly support self-managed and plan-managed participants, offering flexible, high-quality services tailored to your needs.
